Tuition Payable in one of two ways

PLAN A - Paid in full before May 19, 2006 in BOOKKEEPING OFFICE between 8:00 & 2:00 daily or by mail in order to avoid late fees. Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, cashier’s check, VISA, or Mastercard.

PLAN B - Financed tuition through First Bank & Trust as a line of credit.

RETURNING STUDENTS USING PLAN “A” OR RE-ACTIVATING A LINE-OF-CREDIT

  • Return registration packets to the Immaculata High School Office - MARCH 13 - 16 — 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

ANYONE NEEDING TO FINANCE FOR 2006-2007

  • Incoming 8 th and 9 th Graders - APRIL 6 - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Gym (Prior to Orientation)
  • Returning Students and New Upperclassmen - MARCH 22 - 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Notre Dame Hall

NOTICE: Financed accounts charged back to the school by the bank due to delinquency will not be permitted to Bank Finance for the new school year. Those parents must find their own alternate financing by the tuition due date.

PROOF OF CHURCH CONTRIBUTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT REGISTRATION

To qualify for the Parish Supporter rate you must be a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Parish and contribute a minimum of $300 yearly in envelopes to church. Obligation is based on contributions from 1/1/05 thru 12/31/05. Contact rectory for envelopes. Accepted proof of contributions is annual statement from church or signed note from Immaculate Conception Rectory. PROOF MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION OR TUITION RATE WILL BE FOR NON-PARISH SUPPORTER/NON-ENVELOPE USER.

*** Additional charges for any and all consumable workbooks, practice sets, materials, supplies, etc. may be required by individual teachers as well as class dues and prom fees.
